How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days for processing. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information when your package ships.

 

What forms of payment to you take?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Apple Pay. 

 

What are your shipping methods ?

Free Standard shipping (2-8 days)

$12 Expedited (1-3 days)

$28 Overnight

* Orders are shipped Mon.- Fri. excluding major holidays. Please allow 2-3 for processing.  All orders received after 12pm PST will be processed the next business day.

 

What is your return policy?

Beauty + Personal Care Products: Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, should your product(s) arrive damaged,  kindly email us within 24 hours at info@houseoflinnic.com with a photograph of the damaged item and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you further.

Lifestyle + Home Products: We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for all lifestyle and home products. Email info@houseoflinnic.com with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you. *We do not accept returns on used items, returns are at the customer's expense (unless the item arrives damaged), and all items must be returned in its original packaging.

 

How are refunds processed?
 
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded .


Where can I find ingredient listings?

Ingredient listings are available on our individual product pages.  If you have a specific question about an ingredient, feel free to send us an email info@houseoflinnic.com.


Which products are best for sensitive skin?

We formulate with plant-based ingredients ie. essential oils;  soy/coconut/oil/shea butter wax; and phthalate-free fragrance. We make it our mission to exclude key controversial toxic ingredients. Should you have a specific question email info@houseoflinnic.com. Additionally, review our ingredient list, patch test,  and consult your doctor before using our products should you have any concerns.


Can I use Linnic while pregnant?
Our products are formulated with plant-based ingredients. If you are pregnant or nursing and have concerns, please consult with your physician.


Do your products have an expiration date?

We recommend using our products within 6 months after purchase.


Are your products cruelty-free?

We do not conduct animal testing on any of our  products.


Do you offer giftcards?

Yes, all of our giftcards expire two years after the date of purchase.


Do you work with any charities?

Yes, we support charities that align with our brand values.
