How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days to process it. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information when your package ships.

 

What forms of payment to you take?

We accept all major credit cards, QuadPay (payment installment solution), Paypal, and Apple Pay. 

 

What are your shipping methods ?

Standard shipping (2-8 days) $8

Expedited (1-3 days) $12

Overnight $28

* Orders are shipped Mon.- Fri. excluding major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. All orders received after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Due to COVID19, please allow for additional transit days.

 

What is your return policy?

Beauty + Personal Care Products: Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credits should the product arrive damaged. Should this occur, kindly email us a photograph of the damaged item within 24hrs. and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you further.

Lifestyle + Home Products: We hope you will love your Linnic products, but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Email orders@houseoflinnic.com with your order number and the item you wish to return, and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you with your return. *We do not accept returns on used products.

 

How are refunds processed?
 
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is not covered by House of Linnic unless the item arrives damaged.

We believe that the beauty and lifestyle products that you use every day become your daily ritual. Those products should make a positive impact on your overall well-being; improving your mindset, skin health, and possess  plant-based ingredients.

Ingredient listings are available on our individual product pages.  If you have a specific question about an ingredient, feel free to email us at info@houseoflinnic.com. We will answer your question with 24-48 hours.


What skin types are Linnic products appropriate for?
We formulate our products for all skin types.


Which products are best for sensitive skin?

We formulate with clean ingredients and exclude key controversial ingredients. All of our products are good for various skin types and do not contain synthetic fragrance. Should you have a specific skin concern, please email info@houseoflinnic.com and someone from our Customer Support team will respond within 24-48hrs. Please check the ingredient listings if you have allergies. Patch test and consult your doctor before using our products if you have any major concerns.


Can I use Linnic while pregnant?
Our products are formulated with plant-based ingredients. If you are pregnant or nursing and have concerns, please consult with your physician.


Do your products have an expiration date?

We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening.


Are your products cruelty-free?

We do not conduct animal testing on any of our  products.


Do you offer giftcards?

Yes, all of our giftcards expire two years after the date of purchase.


Do you work with any charities?

Yes, we support charities that align with our brand values.
