What is your return policy?
Beauty + Personal Care Products: Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns. However, should your product(s) arrive damaged, kindly email us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of the damaged item and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you further.
Lifestyle + Home Products: We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for all lifestyle and home products. Email email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you. *We do not accept returns on used items, returns are at the customer's expense (unless the item arrives damaged), and all items must be returned in its original packaging.
